Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join the kPaisa team. You will play a key role in driving growth by reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for fintech, and a drive to meet targets in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilites:

  • Generate new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and reaching out to prospects through phone, email, and chat.
  • Engage with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and introduce kPaisa’s range of investment and lending products.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule product demos, consultations, or meetings.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback to improve the product offering and customer experience based on conversations with leads and prospects.

Skills Required

  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales, preferably in fintech or BFSI.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and tracking sales.
  • Knowledge of digital gold, mutual funds, loans, and other investment products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
