Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join the kPaisa team.
You will play a key role in driving growth by reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads,
and converting them into long-term clients. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills,
a passion for fintech, and a drive to meet targets in a dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilites:

Generate new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and reaching out to prospects through phone, email, and chat.

Engage with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and introduce kPaisa’s range of investment and lending products.

Follow up on leads and schedule product demos, consultations, or meetings.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales activities.

Provide feedback to improve the product offering and customer experience based on conversations with leads and prospects.
Skills Required

2–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales, preferably in fintech or BFSI.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and persuade.

A customer-centric approach and the ability to understand and address client needs.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and tracking sales.

Knowledge of digital gold, mutual funds, loans, and other investment products is a plus.
