In order to use the bill payments service or any other kPaisa Service,
You will need to obtain access to the World Wide Web or the Internet,
either on a computer or on any other device that can access web-based
content, and You will also need to pay any service fees associated
with such access. In addition, You must have all equipment necessary
to make such connection to the World Wide Web or the Internet,
including a computer and a modem or any other set of access devices.
In using the bill payment service, You agree to:
Loans
Herewith Borrower, an individual, resident of India, The NBFC/ Bank/
Fintech companies (lender), PARTNER and Borrower shall be referred to
individually as a “Party” and collectively as the Parties. The Parties
hereby unconditionally agree to abide by the following terms and
conditions.WHEREAS
a.The NBFC/ Bank/ Fintech companies are inter alia engaged in the
business of providing financial services to individuals and business
entities; b. PARTNER is inter alia engaged in the business of
facilitating distribution of financial products and services; c.The
Borrower is an individual who avails the technology services provided
by Partner through the kPaisa App, and has now enlisted to avail the
financial services and loan products provided by the lender; and
1. By applying for a loan as a borrower through kPaisa app, you give
your consent to kPaisa for submitting your personal and financial data
to third parties like NBFCs, Banks and other fintech companies who
facilitate end to end loan facility for Indian customers.
2. The Borrower shall be responsible for sharing the complete and
accurate information, documents etc. and takes the complete
responsibility of declaring the right information as requested by the
lender, kPaisa is only a loan service provider and it facilitates lead
generation tasks here. Once the loan is sanctioned and disbursed the
loan contract is purely between the borrower and the lender and the
timely repayment of the loan amount to the lender is purely the
responsibility of the borrower only.
kPaisa is facilitating the loan application benefit to users onboarded
on kPaisa app through partnership with Fibe. Please read the Fibe T&C
before taking any loans. kPaisa at no point in time will be
responsible for any transaction made between the borrower & Fibe.

conditions
kPaisa is facilitating the loan application benefit to users onboarded
on kPaisa app through partnership with BHANIX FINANCE AND INVESTMENT
LIMITED (CASHe). Please read the BHANIX FINANCE AND INVESTMENT LIMITED
(CASHe) T&C before taking any loans. kPaisa at no point in time will
be responsible for any transaction made between the borrower & BHANIX
FINANCE AND INVESTMENT LIMITED (CASHe).

Refund policy
All sales of prepaid recharge on the kPaisa Platform are final with no
refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the mobile
number or DTH account number for which You purchase the prepaid
recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. You are
also responsible for the information relating to data card and
toll-tag recharge and all charges that result from those purchases.
kPaisa is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an
incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or incorrect toll or
data card information. However, if in a transaction performed by You
on the kPaisa Platform, money has been charged to Your card or bank
account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the
completion of the transaction, then You shall inform us by sending an
e mail to our customer services e mail address mentioned on the
‘Contact Us’ page on the kPaisa Platform. Please include in the e-mail
the following details – the mobile number (or DTH account number or
data card or toll-tag information), operator name, recharge value,
transaction date and order number. kPaisa will investigate the
incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your
card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then You will
be refunded the money.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is subject to the policy and you may cancel your order
only if the cancellation policy of your service allows you to cancel
it. You must read the cancellation policy before placing an order.
Suspicious/ Fraudulent Transaction
Refund of Transactions which is Marked as Suspicious/ Fraudulent Would
be treated on a very Stringent manner also the Refund would be
Initiated for Such transactions after Deducting the Convenience fee of
the platform
Shipping order and cancellation policy
This business does not provide any kind of shipping.
